I have music commitments until 10:30pm AEST on Wednesdays. However you could just get someone to sub for me.

Okay so I see with uni starting and other commitments, this is going to hard. If we need to, we can always get subs in or recruit more players, it's no big deal.

Means we can always have an active whenever we need to.
